Ziep Construction was established in 1978 and since its inception has provided an uncompromising level of excellent quality and service.

We design and manufacture a multitude of differing steel products as per the customer’s specifications.  In addition we produce a variety of semi-finished goods, out of aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and copper, for other engineering companies. 

Our main activities include:

1.    Design and manufacture of specialised, stainless steel conveying systems.

2.    Manufacturing impellers for the paper industry, in 904L, SAF2205, S/S 316 & mild steel.

3.    Pre-fabrication: cutting, bending and rolling of material, we are able to cut and bend up to 16mm thick mild steel and 12mm thick stainless steel.

4.    Specialised welding of aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and copper by coded welders.

    5.   Manufacturing: screws,                   platforms, hoppers,                         stairways, cat-ladders,                     tanks, mixers, trench                       sheets & mandrels.

We have carried out work for the sugar, petro-chemical, textile, paper, printing, and ink manufacturing industries.

We have designed and fully manufactured humidification systems for the textile industry, both locally and internationally, with our product having been exported to Turkey, Greece, Spain, Italy and Taiwan. 

Recently, we have manufactured and exported equipment for the sugar industry to Thailand and the United States.
